When you make an inquiry or reservation, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, requested vehicle and dates, delivery location, and, to complete a rental, your driver’s license and insurance information. We also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.

We use your information to send requested login codes, respond to inquiries, arrange and fulfill reservations, verify eligibility and insurance, process payments and deposits, and communicate with you about your rental. If you separately opt in, we may also send promotional text messages. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including Telnyx for text message delivery and phone verification, payment processors when payments are enabled, and, where you arrange it, insurance providers, or where required by law. We do not share mobile numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging service providers receive only the information needed to deliver our messages.

Requesting a login code does not subscribe you to marketing. Promotional texts require a separate, optional consent, which is not a condition of login or purchase. We record your consent choice, its date, source, and the disclosure you accepted, along with your verified phone number. You can withdraw marketing consent in your account or reply STOP to our messaging number. Reply HELP for help or contact info@rentermia.com. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. After STOP, reply START to the same number before opting in again; START alone does not subscribe you to marketing.

We retain reservation and rental records for as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting and operational requirements, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you can opt out of marketing messages at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
